Lars Ruppert has been managing director of THEVA since August 2025.

He has extensive management experience in the transformation and value optimization of companies. Lars Ruppert studied law at the University of Konstanz and business administration at Pforzheim University. For many years, he worked in specialized law firms and leading management consultancies in Germany and London before founding his own consulting firm with partners in 2008. He specializes in management and services for companies in growth and change situations.
