At this year’s EUCAS (European Conference on Applied Superconductivity) conference, which was held from 3rd to 7th September in Bologna, three CONECTUS Awards were given for high quality work presented in close proximity to applications for high temperature superconductors.

Members of CONECTUS chose the winners for the Early Career Awards from applications.

This year, Dr. Cornelia Hintze from THEVA was awarded 3rd prive for her work High-temperature Superconductors for Magnetic Billet Heaters and for urban medium voltage electricity networks (projects “RoWaMag” and “SuperLink”).

We at THEVA are proud partner in these projects and want to congratulate Cornelia again for her great work.
